I'm Bryan Kohl, and like all of you, I'm focused on results - more specifically, results derived from our own deliberate efforts to become the leaders we aspire (and need) to be.
I began my career working for tech startups, then moved into large, international organizations across various functions (including Sales, R&D, L&D, and HR). I was eventually given the opportunity to launch and lead a behavioral health organization in which we led industry-influencing, award-winning organizational culture and workforce transformation engagements. It's that combined experience I draw on when designing and delivering my services, sessions, and tools.
NOTE: This website and its contents are designed to show how I work with leaders, teams, and organizations. Acknowledging, learning, and moving through our imperfections (our "data points for growth" ) - hence the name The Imperfect Leader - is at the core of everything I do. Out of respect for the author of a book with the same name, I wanted to share his body of work here. This website does not reflect the contents of his book.
